He Graduated MS at the University of Bucharest, 1975 from the Department of Geology and Geography. He worked for ten years as an Engineer Geologist in Romania before immigrating to the US in 1985. In the US, He worked as an engineer in Geotechnics for the last 35 years. During the ‘90s, He trained in Complex Dynamic Systems, Chaos Theory.
